Joys Of A Kitchen Table

Taking today and tomorrow off for a break... thank goodness.

Just had a late breakfast at the kitchen table. I had not realized how much I had missed a table (well, I had a clue, but really, I'm surprised by my own gut reaction to being able to sit down at the table). It was so nice to sit down, have a cat in my lap, eat some cereal and read Real Simple. Something you wouldn't think twice about normally. But for me, it checked off a little box under the category, "Things That Make A Home."

I'm grateful for this table and kitchen!
