A Culinary Bright Spot

I'm making Raspberry Merengues. I figure if nothing else, Terri's current favorite treat will make the blues a little sweeter.

Merengues require very stiffly beaten egg whites. I am using my KitchenAid for the first time in the new place. The beater is on high. The counter is not shaking; knickknacks are not in danger of wobbling off.

I like my new kitchen.
