I have more photos, but here are just a few from the weekend up in Oregon.
Driving to Eugene on the backroad of Highway 99...
And in the Columbia Gorge, on the way to Mt. Hood for skiing...
And my favorite waterfall of all time, Multnomah Falls.
I was happy to come home to Oakland, but I do love, love, love that Pacific Northwest green.

Gorgeous pix, Hon. Simply gorgeous. But then, given the subject matter, it's hard to go wrong.
Gorgeous! Even more so since everything here is shades of gray and white right now.
BEAUTIFUL!
As being synesthete I live a life in colors. Synesthesia means that I see colors when I see words and numbers.
I transform this in paintings of names and birthdays. Your pics are just absolutely great, I like all of them.
Mom: it's hard to take a bad picture of Multnomah Falls!
Stef: I love how green Oregon gets in the winter -- it's the antidote to all the gray.
Barefoot: Thanks!
Artist: thanks for stopping by! I love your paintings!
these are gorgeous and i meant to comment on them sooner. i loooong to see the last one in person.
btw: when you get a few spare moments could you send me a list of neighborhoods/cities/towns in and around the portland area that i wouldnt want to live in? like, neighborhoods unsafe for my son to ride his bike alone in. obviously, no rush on this since the move is a ways away still, but we've been trying to narrow down some neighborhoods and we can only look up so much on the internet. thanks in advance. :)
