Book: Wheel of Darkness
Blah blah blah, stolen Tibetan thingamajig, blah blah, big luxury oceanliner, blah blah blah, murders and panic, blah blah blah, Agent Pendergast glimpses his darkest self and likes it, blah blah, he shakes it, blah, the ship almost sinks, it doesn't, the end.
In a nutshell.
I didn't like this book. The only thing remotely interesting was the furtherance of the Constance Greene-Diogenes storyline, but that was a pretty small part of what was otherwise a slow, boring, pointless, stupid book. If I hadn't already gotten to the middle of it by the time I figured out it wasn't going to get any better, I wouldn't have finished it.
But, it was a quick read, so at least the pain of a bad book was relatively short-lived.
I don't have to much to say about it, it was that boring.
Thankfully, it's time to start a book that actually looks good: Lost Boy Lost Girl. I hope I like this book better.
