Time passes, and it passes quickly. And sometimes, it happens quite literally. My old, old, old digital alarm clock, which I have had since 6th grade, has finally shown signs that it's 'time' is up. I was wondering if it was speeding up, as in, becoming more and more 'fast' (all these 'time' terms are so flimsy and multi-layered in meaning) . So I reset it, matching the time exactly to Terri's clock. That was two days ago. This morning when I woke up, I checked it and it was about 15 minutes fast.
So, my old beloved clock is finally pooping out.
However, let's not get too sentimental. Because, you know what this means? I get to pick a new clock! Where do you shop for cool clocks?
