I read, cook, make art and try to figure out what the heck I'm supposed to be doing with my life. I chronicle it here. You can contact me at daphneannphillips(at)gmail(dot)com. If you'd like some design work, please contact me at www.daphnephillipsdesign.com

1) I don't eat scrambled eggs, but if you ask john Starr - he'll tell you mine ROCK! I learned how from Alton Brown. The secrets are a) low heat 2) don't add anything to the beaten eggs 3) let the edges cook, scrape them to the middle, then keep repeating. 4) season with salt and pepper after they are cooked.
2) You do write a good ad - I peeked when I was doing my usual review of San Anselmo/Fairfax yard sales.
3) You do have great friends (licks her thumb and touches her tuches)

1. I did that! I remembered your lessons! They still sucked. I think I need to actually watch them being made well. I'm better at omelets.
2. Well, thanks! Apparently I am a talented Craigslist ad writer of all sorts. An envious talent, I assure you. :)
3. Absolutely fantastic friends. :)
