How 'Bout This Place?

Actually, the place where this was taken (across the street) was a dump. It was hard to be polite while I was trying not to breathe (sooooo dirty).

Then I looked at two places that were definitely NOT dumps. But, had their downsides. However, they were approximately one million times better than the first place. If only they had that one thing (or, well, maybe two things) that made them PERFECT.

I hate apartment-shopping. I'm getting very tired.

The Bay Area is lovely, but it's not friendly for apartment shoppers. Especially those with any sort of budget. Or those who are worried, tired, and in a hurry.
