The Blahs

It's official. I have The Blahs. Typical PMS stuff for me, but this month I've got a particularly nice blend of The Blahs, The Weepies, and The Mopies. The Grumpies haven't arrived in full force but it's still early.

However, last night, as I was sitting at the table feeling all lonely (Hello, Mopey!), Terri arrived! She came home to surprise me; also she had a doctor's appointment today. So it was wonderful to have her home, even for just a short, late night. She's gone again tonight but will be home Thursday.

Tonight I'm making some stew for a friend who just had a baby... I was supposed to go over tonight but just wasn't feeling up for it, so hopefully we'll reschedule for soon. So, I'm making dinner (for someone else), then I'll probably take a hot bath and get in bed and read. I'm in a big re-reading phase right now. I'm reading I Never Promised You A Rose Garden, which I read when I was in middle school (probably the same summer I read Kon-Tiki, which I also intend to reread).

Well. I am thoroughly and completely boring tonight so I'll sign off. Just one more thing; I've decided that I need a nice digital camera. I'm going to start saving up. I think my blogs could benefit from nice photos. Also, I just want one. It's still Be Nice To Me Month (last day! Although I intend to keep it up) so I'm allowed to just want something.
